With a PhD in Medicine and a Master’s degree in Aesthetic Medicine, with more than 20 years of experience leading projects in the field of Health and Safety, Mila Berger has worked as a Medical Director and business advisor in Spain, Latin America, and the United States.
Her career includes mentoring, training, and strategic development for brands in the medical and aesthetics sectors, but her vocation for beauty and authenticity led her to take an unexpected turn: joining her husband, Georges Berger MOF, in the world of haute patisserie.
Thus was born Mila Bloom, a shared project where medical rigor and artistic sensibility come together to offer a unique sensorial experience based on natural products, delicate aesthetics, and handmade sweetness.
